How often is the data in Assisty updated for the free and professional plans?
Answer:
After viewing the app, Assisty will automatically trigger the data importing process to get the latest data for both the Professional Plan and the Free Plan. This process takes a few minutes to complete and depends on the amount of data that has not yet been synced to Assisty before your current access.
For the Professional Plan, the data is updated hourly, so you’ll have access to the latest information about your Shopify store every hour.
For the Free Plan, the data is updated every time you view the app, but the historical data is limited to the last six months.
